"My Sub-Zero refrigerator stopped cooling properly. Sub-Zero representatives told me to contact Wilshire Refrigeration, the only authorized service center for my area. I read several negative reviews of this company online and was extremely hesitant to contact them. But B.J. in customer service was very reassuring and helpful, and convinced me to do so. Wilshire Refrigeration sent Jason out on the same day I called, so of course I was very pleased with that. Then, Jason was fabulous; technically amazing, efficient, happy, friendly, answered all of my questions and explained what he was doing. More importantly, he instantaneously and correctly diagnosed the problem, had the parts in his truck, fixed the problem (replaced evaporator), and cleaned the lines, replaced the filter, re-gassed the evaporator, etc. I was very impressed with his mix of skills, expertise, and how many things he had to do to make the repair. My refrigerator is back up and running after less than 2 hours. Additionally, I had been granted a senior discount on the telephone and at first forgot to mention it. Jason was honorable with respect to the estimate and made the adjustment. I was very lucky that the evaporator was still under the great 12 year warranty, so that cost was covered. It was still a costly repair, but I understand that this is the reality of repairs. So except for a failed evaporator, my entire experience was so positive from the first call I made to Sub-Zero, then using Wilshire Refrigeration, and finally having my refrigerator back in service. Kudos to the entire team."
